Refund & Cancellation Policy

Black & Gold offers physical products, consultations, educational travel experiences, and other services. Refund and cancellation terms vary according to the type of purchase.

Books, Art & Other Physical Products

Sales of physical products are final except when an item arrives damaged or when the wrong item is received.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Black & Gold promptly with your order information and a description of the problem.

When appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are not offered for correctly fulfilled orders because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or ordered the wrong product.

Precious Metals Consultations

Precious Metals consultations are scheduled and paid for in advance.

A consultation may be canceled for a refund before the scheduled appointment time.

Once the scheduled appointment time has begun or passed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Appointments may also be rescheduled before the scheduled appointment time in accordance with the rescheduling options provided through our booking system.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without canceling or rescheduling beforehand does not qualify for a refund.

The consultation fee may be credited toward a qualifying precious-metals acquisition when the applicable requirements of the service are met.

Precious Metals Acquisitions

Precious-metals acquisitions are market-based transactions and are handled separately from ordinary retail purchases.

Because precious-metals prices fluctuate and transactions may involve the purchase of metals specifically for a client, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed as part of the transaction before client funds are committed.

Once a precious-metals transaction has been approved and executed, it should not be treated as an ordinary returnable retail purchase.

Egypt Tours

Cancellation, refund, deposit, and payment terms for educational tours are stated on the individual tour product page.

Please review the applicable tour page carefully before making a reservation or submitting payment.

The terms listed for that particular tour govern cancellations and refunds for that tour.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the appropriate payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
