5. Precious Metals Consultations
Precious Metals consultations are scheduled and paid for in advance.
Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled before the scheduled appointment time in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the options provided through the booking system.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without canceling or rescheduling beforehand may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
6. Precious Metals Acquisitions
Precious-metals acquisitions conducted through Black & Gold are handled through our Precious Metals Acquisition and Liquidity Service rather than as ordinary online retail purchases.
Before funds are committed, clients will receive applicable transaction information, which may include:
- the metals being acquired,
- acquisition cost,
- applicable service fees,
- shipping or insurance costs,
- delivery arrangements,
- and the total amount required.
Because precious-metals markets fluctuate, quotes may be valid only for a limited period.
Once a client approves a transaction and the acquisition has been executed, the transaction cannot necessarily be canceled or treated as an ordinary retail return.
7. Physical Products
Books, art, papyri, and other physical merchandise are subject to the prices and descriptions displayed at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Physical-product sales are final except when an incorrect item is supplied or an item arrives damaged, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Shipping
Black & Gold does not guarantee universal free shipping.
Applicable shipping costs may depend on destination, weight, dimensions, carrier rates, insurance requirements, and the type of product being shipped.
Shipping terms for precious metals are handled separately as part of the applicable precious-metals transaction.

9. Egypt Tours
Educational tours are governed by the terms stated on the individual tour product page.
Tour participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable:

- travel-document requirements,
- and other conditions
before registering or submitting payment.
Tour itineraries may occasionally require modification because of conditions outside the reasonable control of Black & Gold, including site closures, transportation changes, governmental requirements, weather, safety considerations, or other operational circumstances.
When changes become necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve the educational purpose and overall quality of the experience.
10. Travel Responsibilities
Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations or health documentation, and other documents necessary for international travel.
Travelers are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, immigration requirements, airline rules, and local regulations.

Prices displayed on BlackandGold.us are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms vary depending on the product or service.
A purchase, booking, or reservation is not considered complete until the required payment has been successfully received.
